Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

• "rk99", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the rk99 online gaming platform accessible at rk99.today, operating under an international online gaming licence.
• "Platform" means the rk99.today website, including all games, services, features, and content accessible through it.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the rk99 platform or is accessing it.

• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount, before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures required by rk99 to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "Services" means all products and features offered through the rk99 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, table games, and promotional programmes.

Eligibility & Registration

By registering an account on rk99, you represent, warrant, and agree that:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
2. You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party.
3. All personal information provided during registration, including your name, date of birth, address, and mobile number, is accurate, complete, and belongs to you.
4. You are not prohibited from accessing or using online gaming services under any applicable laws, regulations, or court orders in your jurisdiction.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from rk99 or had a prior rk99 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
6. You are not acting in a professional capacity on behalf of any third party in relation to gambling activity, unless explicitly authorised in writing by rk99.

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on rk99. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by the same individual is prohibited. Upon discovery of duplicate Accounts, rk99 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and confiscate any Funds or Bonus Funds held therein, without prior notice or compensation.

rk99 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being obliged to provide a reason for doing so.

Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your rk99 Account. This responsibility includes but is not limited to:

• Maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• Ensuring that your rk99 Account is not accessible by any third party, including family members, friends, or other individuals in your household.
• Notifying rk99 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account by contacting support via live chat or email at [email protected].
• Keeping your registered personal and contact information current and accurate. rk99 must be informed promptly of any changes to your name, mobile number, email address, or payment details.
• Ensuring that all deposits made to your rk99 Account are from payment methods — whether JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, or USDT TRC20 — that are registered in your name.

rk99 may conduct periodic reviews of Account activity and may request updated KYC documentation, including a government-issued CNIC, Pakistani passport, or proof of registered payment method ownership, before processing withdrawal requests or as part of routine compliance checks. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All monetary transactions on rk99 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). rk99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following authorised payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amounts are determined by the selected payment method and are displayed on the rk99 deposit page.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are credited to the Player's rk99 Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) are credited upon receipt of cleared funds and confirmation by rk99, which may take up to one (1) business day.
• USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations, typically within 15 to 30 minutes of submission.
• Deposits made from payment instruments not registered in the Player's name will be subject to review and may be returned or held pending KYC verification.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests from rk99 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC compliance requirements.
• First-time withdrawal requests require completion of KYC verification. Players are required to submit a copy of their CNIC or Pakistani passport, a selfie for identity confirmation, and documentary proof of the registered payment method. rk99's support team assists with this process via live chat.
• Subsequent verified withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) minutes under normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume.

Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified eligibility period stated in the relevant promotional terms. Bonuses not claimed within this period will expire and cannot be reinstated.
• All bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met in full before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds may be withdrawn.
• Not all games at rk99 contribute equally towards Wagering Requirements. Contribution rates are specified in the individual promotion terms. As a general guide, live casino table games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot titles.
• A maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Where such a limit exists, it will be clearly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses may only be used for gaming purposes on the rk99 platform. Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts or converted directly to cash.
• rk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. If a bonus is withdrawn after a Player has already met the relevant Wagering Requirements, the Player's withdrawable balance will not be affected.
• Players who are found to be abusing the bonus system — including through the use of multiple Accounts, coordinated group play, or other forms of bonus manipulation — will have all associated bonuses and winnings voided and their Accounts closed.

Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the rk99 platform — including live casino games, slot titles, sports betting markets, and table games — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface or on the relevant section of the platform.

rk99 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all non-live casino game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to verify that game outcomes are random, unpredictable, and not influenced by any external factors, including prior game results or player identity.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the rk99 platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and potential forfeiture of Funds:

• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or software to place bets or interact with the platform in any manner that circumvents normal human play.
• Colluding with other Players to coordinate bets in a way that creates an artificial advantage, exploits bonus structures, or manipulates game outcomes.
• Exploiting known software bugs, display errors, or pricing errors in sports betting markets (commonly referred to as "arbing" when conducted systematically to guarantee profit regardless of outcome).
• Using the rk99 platform to conduct, facilitate, or launder the proceeds of criminal activity, or to engage in any form of money laundering in contravention of applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or in any communication with rk99.
• Accessing or attempting to access rk99 while a self-exclusion order is in effect on the Player's Account, whether through the original Account or through the creation of a new Account.
• Using payment methods belonging to third parties, including family members, to fund an rk99 Account, unless prior written approval has been obtained from rk99.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards rk99 staff, live casino dealers, or other Players through any communication channel on the platform.

Intellectual Property

All content, software, graphics, trademarks, game titles, logos, interfaces, and other materials on the rk99 platform are the intellectual property of rk99 or its licensed content providers. This includes, without limitation:

• The rk99 brand name, logo, and associated visual identity.
• The rk99.today website interface, design, and underlying code.
• All game content provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and other licensed providers.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the rk99 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any software component of the rk99 platform.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable international law, rk99's total liability to a Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of Funds deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

rk99 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses or damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings.
• Service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond rk99's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures, power outages, natural events, or third-party payment provider outages.
• Losses resulting from a Player's failure to follow responsible gaming practices or to make use of available account controls.
• Incorrect information provided by a Player during registration or KYC verification that results in delays, payment failures, or Account restrictions.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a Player's Account where rk99 has acted in reasonable reliance on authentication credentials presented to the platform.

The rk99 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. rk99 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform or the absence of technical errors, and does not guarantee that the platform will meet any particular Player's expectations.

Responsible Gaming

rk99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and protecting vulnerable players. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players through the Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the total amount deposited into their rk99 Account. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set automated notifications to alert them after a specified period of continuous gaming activity.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period ranging from 24 hours to 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Player cannot access the platform or make deposits.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently close their rk99 Account may request self-exclusion through Account settings or by contacting rk99 support. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of six (6) months. Players who self-exclude are required to refrain from attempting to create new rk99 Accounts during the exclusion period.

Account Closure & Suspension

rk99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a Player's Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe upon request.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised by the Player against rk99 through a payment provider without first attempting resolution through rk99's support channels.
• At rk99's sole discretion where continued Account access is deemed contrary to the platform's integrity or regulatory obligations.

A Player may also voluntarily close their rk99 Account at any time by submitting a written closure request to rk99 support. Where there are no pending withdrawal requests, outstanding Wagering Requirements, or active investigations, verified Account Funds will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following Account closure.

Amendments to These Terms

rk99 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be published on this page with the updated effective date. Material changes to these terms that significantly affect Player rights or obligations will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their Account prior to taking effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the rk99 platform following publication of updated Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should cease using the platform and request Account closure in accordance with Section 11.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under rk99's international operating licence jurisdiction. rk99 operates under an international online gaming licence, and its regulatory obligations are governed by the requirements of that licensing authority.
