Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English Guide
Wagering requirements, rollover, sticky bonus — what does it all actually mean? Here's a no-jargon decoder so you never get caught off guard at rk99.
💸 Wagering Requirement / Rollover
This is the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (sometimes bonus + deposit) before you can withdraw any winnings derived from that bonus. It's the single most important bonus term to check.
Example: You claim a PKR 5,000 bonus with a x15 wagering requirement. You need to place bets totalling PKR 75,000 before cashout is unlocked. X10 = 10 times, X15 = 15 times, X20 = 20 times.
🎯 Maximum Bet During Bonus
When you have an active bonus, most platforms cap how much you can stake per spin or per bet. Exceeding this limit may result in your bonus being voided — even if you've met the wagering requirement.
Example: rk99's max bet cap while on bonus is typically PKR 250–500 per round. Placing a PKR 1,000 bet while on bonus may forfeit your remaining bonus balance.
🎰 Game Contribution
Not all games contribute equally to clearing your wagering requirement. Slots usually count 100%, while table games and live casino contribute much less — sometimes as little as 10%.
Example: A PKR 1,000 slot bet clears PKR 1,000 of wagering. A PKR 1,000 blackjack bet may only clear PKR 100–200. Check the game contribution table before playing your bonus.
⏰ Bonus Expiry
Bonuses don't last forever. If you don't meet the wagering requirement within the allowed window, both the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings are forfeited. Common windows are 7, 14, or 30 days.
Example: You claim a bonus on March 1 with a 14-day window. If wagering is not complete by March 15, the bonus expires and is removed from your account.
🔒 Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonus
A non-sticky (cashable) bonus can be withdrawn once wagering is complete. A sticky bonus can never be withdrawn — only the winnings generated from it can be cashed out. Sticky bonuses are less valuable but still useful for building your bankroll.
Example: You receive a PKR 3,000 sticky bonus. After meeting x20 wagering, your balance is PKR 7,000. You can withdraw PKR 4,000 (the winnings) but the PKR 3,000 bonus itself stays and is not withdrawable.
📤 Maximum Cash-Out (Bonus Cap)
Even if you generate large winnings from a bonus, the casino may cap how much of those winnings you can withdraw. This limit applies specifically to bonus-derived winnings, not to money you deposited yourself.
Example: A PKR 1,000 free spin bonus has a PKR 10,000 max cash-out. Even if your winnings reach PKR 40,000, you can only withdraw up to PKR 10,000 from that bonus pool.
